A hybrid election contains a combination of election options. Members are mailed paper ballots that contain instructions to vote by paper, Internet, on-site or telephone. Falling under the hybrid election umbrella is Composite Elections. This process reduces print and mail quantities by substituting Internet ballots for those members who prefer an electronic medium.
